    This series is perfect for anyone interested that has had never tried pilates before. It suits perfectly anyone looking for a refresher on the fundamentals that help elevate and grow your pilates practice.

    This 2-3 person session provides all the bells and whistles of a small group class with the pleasure and comfort of being with your special people.

  • Our small group classes of 4-6 participants offers a great way to have a guided and supervised workout with the space and equipment suited to the work out style & purpose.

    Our fitness programs are intentionally created to keep you functionally fit first and then support your goals of optimal fitness.

    There is always an option for you to find your fitness within our offerings.

  • Experience the therapeutic exercise approach in our well-being fitness classes that are lead by an Athletic Therapist or Physiotherapist.

    These classes are oriented to muscle group specificity, joint mobility and stability. The objective of our well-being fitness is to help your body and mind be prepared and capable to engage our regular fitness classes. For others these classes help maintain comfort and movement that may not otherwise be possible to improve.

  • This popular 4 week series introduces you to a spectrum of meditation methods to help you discover meditation practices and which practice methods most resonate with you.

  • Well-Being through purposeful guided movement to help find calm and clarity. This once weekly session over four weeks takes you on a journey of self discovery.

  • Workshops sessions take you on a short, 1-4 hour journey, of introduction and enlightenment of a particular care offering. Allowing you to experience and share with others interested in learning & exploring deeper.
